– ADRIAN UPWARD
Adrian began his career in the family business – residential construction – at the age of 14.
After graduating from Dalhousie University with a business degree, he returned to the industry as a project manager and carpenter, focusing on high-end custom homes and renovations. Experienced in every facet of the job, from laborer to site supervisor, Adrian knows how to build relationships and skillfully guide any project from start to finish! In his spare time, Adrian loves to explore the mountains on his bike and spend time with his family.

– MATTHEW INKSTER
Born and raised on the North Shore, Matthew is a community-minded, dedicated family man with a wealth of project management experience.
Starting out as a Red Seal carpenter he quickly rose through the ranks to become the CEO of a leading custom building company at age 31. Drawing from these values and experiences, Matthew now leads Cadence in helping local families complete their dream projects. Outside of work Matthew enjoys bike riding, playing music and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
